Quote of the day
The true poet has no choice of material. The material plainly chooses him, not he it.

~ J. D. Salinger ~

There is a page for each month where previous "Quotes of the Day" for each date are listed, and where registered users can make suggestions or rank suggestions for upcoming dates. The Quotes of the Year page and other archives contain more extensive listings of quotes that have already been used. See also the QOTD by month and email options.

A. Uhh the people who make those fragrances get paid millions for one formulation, for Chanel it is much more why would they be the same lol ? ; ) Fragrances have very specific top, bottom and middle notes ranging from floral to woody and for the chanel fragrances there are only slight similarities. Number 22 was made in 1922. Top notes are aldehydes. Middle notes are jasmine, tuberose, ylang-yalng and rose Bottome notes are vetiver vanilla and incense Number 19 was formulated in 1970 and explores essences of bergamot neroli and tuberose.
